They will not try and upsell you something you do not need, finding a company like that these days is difficult. I highly recommend them. I have dealt with several others and will only be using Monster Air’s services now. First, they were incredibly responsive and showed up 2 hours after I called them. They diagnosed and found the problem quickly. What really impressed me was that they took the time to shop around and find the best deal on the malfunctioning part. They went above and beyond to save me money. This is on top of their already reasonable prices. There were no sales tactics or trying to sign me up for monthly plans. Called in for our business, very fast response time, quick diagnostics, quality repair. Had service done on our swamp cooler units to our shop? Went from no air flow to what little air we had that was hot. Now blowing nice and cool and I have happy techs turning wrenches again. The great crew will absolutely use them again.

Called Monster Air with a problem with the air conditioning on my home that’s only a couple of years old. They came out right away and were honest that it was an installation problem with the company who installed the unit in the attic when the house was built. I called that company and it was covered under their warranty. I really appreciated the honesty and promptness of their tech coming out. I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am of this company. I had three air-conditioning companies out to my home prior. All three of them told me misinformation. Brandy was the person I spoke to initially. She was super friendly and helpful. Dan was the technician who inspected my AC unit. He is a straight shooter and very direct. I love how honest Monster Air is. This is very rare. The next time I have an issue with my unit, I am definitely calling on Monster Air.

I just wanted to say monster air was soooo incredible. I was without air conditioning for 5 days. Jessie came and fixed it turns out it was the breaker in the attic. Nathan from the other company the other guy came and never checked my attic or never checked the temp on my vents. But, Jessie stayed here for 45 min and waited to make sure everything was fine! She went above and beyond and saved me literally! Today was the day I would have completely lost it if it weren’t for her. Thank you sooo so much, Jessie.
