How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information — and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Monster Air & Mechanical LLC (“Monster Air,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a heating, cooling and indoor-air-quality contractor based at 975 E Riggs Rd Ste 12-177, Chandler, AZ 85249, serving Chandler and the Phoenix East Valley. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.azmonsterair.com, call us, or request service; why we collect it; who we share it with; and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to this website and to the service, sales and employment relationships that begin here.
By using this site or submitting a request through it, you acknowledge the practices described below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site — you are always welcome to reach us directly at (602) 616-0127, any hour of the day.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform and stand behind HVAC work. In the twelve months before the date above, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — your name, service and billing address, email address, phone number, and (if you contact us from this site) your IP address and device identifiers.
- Customer records — the equipment at your property, its make, model and age, the work we performed, warranty status, Cool Club membership enrollment, and your service history with us.
- Commercial information — estimates, invoices, the services you purchased and records of payment. We do not store full payment card numbers; see “Payment Security” below.
- Internet and network activity — the pages you view on this site, the page that referred you, your browser type and operating system, and general (city-level) location inferred from your IP address.
- Geolocation data — the service address you give us, so we can dispatch a technician. We do not collect precise location from your device.
- Audio and electronic communications — the content of emails, form submissions and any text messages you send us, and notes from our phone conversations. Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law; you will hear a notice when that applies.
- Professional information — if you apply for a job through our Careers page: your work history, the position you are seeking, your resume, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, health data, biometric data, or information about your race, religion, union membership or sexual orientation. Please do not send us that information through this website.
2. How We Collect It
We obtain personal information from three places:
- Directly from you — when you complete a form on this site, call or email us, apply for a job, enroll in the Cool Club, or let a technician into your home or business.
- Automatically from your device — through cookies and similar technologies as you browse, described in section 4.
- From service providers — for example, our spam-screening, hosting and call-tracking providers pass along the submission or call they processed on our behalf, and equipment manufacturers may share warranty registration details for systems we installed.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or estimate
- Schedule, dispatch and complete service, installation, maintenance and repair work
- Process payments, issue invoices, and refer you to financing if you ask for it
- Send appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way notices, maintenance reminders and warranty notices
- Administer Cool Club memberships and extended labor warranties, and keep the service records that make them possible
- Answer questions, resolve complaints and provide customer support
- Evaluate employment applications
- Understand how this website is used and which advertising brings people to us, so we can make the site faster, clearer and more useful
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our forms, and protect the security of our systems
- Comply with our legal obligations, including Arizona contractor licensing, refrigerant handling and tax recordkeeping requirements
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep this site secure, to protect our forms from automated abuse, and to remember the privacy choice you make in our consent banner. Those cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Optional cookies are governed by the banner shown on your first visit. Until you make a choice, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Elsewhere, including in the United States, optional cookies operate on an opt-out basis and you may decline at any time — from the banner, from the control in section 7, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
The third parties that receive information through this website, and what each one does, are:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — Measures how visitors find and use this site — pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, referring source and device type — so we can improve it. These are the analytics cookies your consent choice controls.
- Google Ads conversion measurement — Tells us when a visitor who clicked one of our ads went on to call or request service, so we know which advertising works. These are the advertising cookies your consent choice controls.
- WhatConverts call and form tracking — Attributes phone calls and form submissions to the page, campaign or search that brought you here, and may display a tracking phone number that forwards to our office. Governed by your advertising choice and switched off automatically by a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — Screens our contact and careers forms for automated abuse. Google receives your IP address, browser and device signals, and interaction data in order to score the submission.
- Google Maps — Powers the map of our Chandler location on the Contact page. Loading the map sends your IP address and browser details to Google under Google's privacy policy.
- CI Web Group (hosting, form delivery and site optimization) — Hosts this website and receives the contents of any form you submit so it can be routed to us by email and stored in our customer records. Also serves an on-page optimization script from cortex.ciwebgroup.com that adjusts page content for search engines.
- SearchAtlas (search optimization) — Measures how our pages perform in search and applies on-page optimizations. It receives the address of the page you are viewing along with an identifier for this website. It is delivered through the CI Web Group script above and is governed by your analytics cookie choice.
- Landings Credit Union — Operates the financing application we link to from our Financing page. If you choose to apply, you leave our site and the lender's privacy policy governs the application.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit parts of the site.
5. Calls and Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, we will use it to reach you about the service you asked for — by voice call or, if you have separately agreed, by text message. We only send SMS or text messages to a number when its owner has checked a separate, unchecked consent box next to the request. Consent to receive texts is never bundled into anything else, is never pre-checked, and is never a condition of purchasing any service.
Where a text-message program is offered: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers — the vendors listed in section 4, plus our payment processor and accounting provider. Each is permitted to use your information only to perform work for us.
- Equipment manufacturers and distributors — for example Day & Night or Goodman, to register a warranty or order the correct part for your system.
- Financing partners — only if you choose to apply for financing through Landings Credit Union, and only the information you submit to them.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or the public.
- Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
Advertising and call-tracking cookies, if you allow them, may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law even though no money changes hands. Declining optional cookies, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, stops that.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We extend the same choices to every visitor, wherever you live.
Categories of personal information we collect. Identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet and network activity; geolocation limited to the service address you provide; audio and electronic communications; and, for applicants, professional or employment information. Section 1 describes each in detail, section 3 explains why we collect it, and section 4 names every third party that receives it — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, WhatConverts call tracking, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, SearchAtlas search optimization, our hosting provider and our financing partner.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you allow advertising cookies, the resulting disclosure to our advertising and call-tracking vendors may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA — which is precisely what the opt-out below turns off.
Your rights. Subject to verification, you have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep for warranty, tax and licensing purposes
- Correct personal information you believe is inaccurate
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information — noting that we do not collect it in the first place
Non-discrimination. We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, give you a lower level of service, or penalize you in any way for exercising any of these rights. Our pricing does not change based on your privacy choices.
How to opt out. You have three ways, and none of them requires you to create an account:
- Use the control on this page. Select the button below to reopen your privacy preferences and switch advertising and analytics cookies off. Your choice is stored on your device and re-applied on every future visit.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor GPC. If your browser or an extension transmits the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing automatically — you do not need to do anything else, and no banner interaction is required.
- Contact us directly. Email [email protected] or call (602) 616-0127 and tell us you want to opt out, or that you want to know, delete or correct your information. We will respond within 45 days and may ask you for information sufficient to verify your identity before we act on a know, delete or correct request.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for written proof of authorization.

8. Payment Security
We never ask for and never accept credit or debit card numbers through this website. No page on www.azmonsterair.com contains a card-entry field.
Payment for completed work is taken in person or over the phone through our payment processor’s own PCI-DSS compliant systems, and financing applications are completed on Landings Credit Union’s secure, externally hosted application — you leave this site to do it. Card numbers, security codes and expiration dates are handled by those providers and are not stored on our servers. We retain only the non-sensitive record of a transaction, such as the amount, date and the last four digits of the card, that we need for invoicing and warranty purposes.
9. Data Retention
We keep service and warranty records for as long as we support the equipment we installed or serviced, and for as long afterward as Arizona law and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors require us to retain business and tax records. Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Job applications are retained for a reasonable period after the position is filled. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or render it unreadable.
10. How We Protect Your Information
This site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted channels and screened for automated abuse before they reach us. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552).
11. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging heating and cooling services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites
Our site links to places we do not control — Landings Credit Union’s application, our Google Business Profile, our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Yelp pages, and manufacturer websites. This policy does not cover them. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices, our tools or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect, and your continued use of the site afterward means you accept the updated policy.
